1. Send us your inquiry
The inquiry should include any questions you might have about the products (quantity, beam…) as well as your purchase request (lead time, delivery country, custom logo…)
2. Quotation
A support representative will review your request and make quotation within 24 hours. We will compare with different logistics providers to help customers determine and apply the best costs of transporting goods internationally.
3. Order
Customer sends us official Purchasing Order with signature and company chop and we send back Performa Invoice in return to confirm orders.
4. Payment
Customer pays for deposit or full payment upon signed PO/PI.
5. Production
Money Received and Production Get Started.
6. Inspection
We will advise customer 5-7 days before finishing packaging in our factory so that customer can arrange FRI if required, if they don’t have, we would send pictures of the goods and test report if needed.
7. Delivery
The goods will be picked up by a third-party logistics provider, if customers have their own sea forwarder, we will dispatch according to their instruction. Supply tracking billing or release original shipping documents to customer as per agreed payment terms.
8. After-sale services
Follow up with customer about order feedback on product quality and following services so that to know how to make improvement on the future new cooperation.
